Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact before securely packing it in the original shipping bag.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
